Friday night almost midnight my truck broke down, I called AAA at 11:53 PM which I've been a member up for more than 2 decades, It took almost 40 minutes before someone responded when they finally did they went through the normal procedure card number spoke with an agent said they will send someone out they sent me an estimate time which was at 2:11am, i can expect a pick up to be towed from a gas station in West Palm Beach to Boca Raton well they never called back again around 2:30 am was told there's nothing they can do they cannot service me even though have been a faithful member for all these decades I was put on a phone with a supervisor she assured me she will get something I told her my cell phone was running out of battery power she said not to worry I have your phone number and I will call you right back you are in good hands with us she never call me right back she never called agin this is AAA so finally I decided around 4:30 to try another service I called a place called PALM BEACH FINEST TOWING INC, A man picked up the phone he was professional I told him what I was going through he said he felt bad he assured me he himself would pick me up or he would have someone else within a 1/2 hour and he did keep that promise he sent a gentleman by the name of Mike, He Towed me back to Boca and was also kind enough to drop me off down the road at my house which I had to turn around to go back to work for another 16 hour straight with no sleep because of the failed leadership in AAA who I paid faithfully for over several decades! What I realize is when you are in a real crunch and you need something with your vehicle don't waste your time with the others call PALM BEACH FINEST TOWING COMPANY! Although, it was quite a while until the car was actually towed. The tower communicated with me frequently and was very professional. I would personally request him again if it was possible. I’d tell you his name if I remembered (it was a stressful day). Thank you for your services.
